Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend together basil, 1 cup parsley and next 3 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Set aside. Mix ground pork, next 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup parsley in a bowl. Place pork roast fat side down. Spread with herb-cheese mixture and place ground pork mixture along center of loin. Fold in half and tie. Roast 1-1/2 hours. Slice. This recipe serves 10 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 10 only.
