America's Cut Teriyaki
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 4:00, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1-3/4 Tbs. dry sherry
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1-1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 6 ounces each

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Arrange chops in a single layer in a shallow pan. Add marinade and turn chops to coat. Cover pan and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Discard marinade.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake 15 minutes or until pork is nicely browned and meat thermometer reads 155°F to 160°F.
