Chinese Pork Salad
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 4:00, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1 lb. pork strips
  • 1/2 cup Asian stir-fry sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1-1/4 lbs. frozen pea pods, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 ounces chow mein noodles

Place pork strips in a shallow dish and pour stir-fry sauce over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.

Remove pork, discarding marinade. Stir-fry pork and onion in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 4-5 minutes, until pork is cooked throughout. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
