Pineapple-Garlic Pork Chops
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 8:00, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup dry sherry
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 pork loin chops, about 6 ounces each, about 1 inch thick

Combine all ingredients, except pork chops, in a bowl and mix well. Place pork in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning once or twice. Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Remove pork chops, reserving marinade. Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side, turning and basting once with marinade.
