Sloppy Joe Pizza
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 25 min.
  • 1 lb. ground beef chuck
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup scallions, or green onions, sliced
  • 1 12 inch pizza crust
  • 1-1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté ground beef 8-10 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Stir in next 3 ingredients and salt to taste. Heat through. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese. {Bake} 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut in wedges.
