Steamed Pollock Fillets
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1-1/2 lbs. pollock fillets
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper, or to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets in a baking dish. Combine tomato juice and seasonings in a bowl. Pour over fish. Cover and bake 12-18 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
