Egg Salad Bagels
Prep: 10 min.
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 3 Tbs. chutney
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese
  • 4 bagels, halved and toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spread equal portions chutney on bottom halves of bagels. Top with egg salad mixture, 1 slice cheese and remaining bagel halves.
