Pickled Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 slices Cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle slices

Spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Place 2 slices cheese on unbuttered side of 4 slices bread. Top with pickles and remaining 4 slices bread, buttered side out. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 2-3 minutes per side or until golden on both sides.
