Chicken Dijon
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 package chicken gravy mix
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Prepare gravy according to package directions. Add mustard, honey and basil. Set aside. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Pour gravy mixture over chicken and simmer 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout and sauce is thickened.
