Creamy Chicken Broccoli Skillet
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained or 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb. process cheese spread
  • 4 hard rolls, cut in half

Combine salad dressing and chicken cubes in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook 5-6 minutes, until chicken is almost cooked through. Stir in broccoli and cook 3-4 minutes until tender and chicken is cooked. Stir in cheese spread until melted through. Serve over split hard rolls.
