Roast Pork Tenderloin
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 55 min.
  • 3 lbs. boneless pork tenderloin chops
  • 2 cups strawberry jam, melted
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub salt and pepper to taste on tenderloin. Place in a shallow pan and roast 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and keep warm. Brush on tenderloin every 10 minutes for 40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
