Lamb Patties
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1-1/4 lbs. ground lamb
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. mint leaves, chopped

Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil 4-5 minutes per side until just cooked throughout.
