Spinach Ravioli with Butter and Cheese
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 9 ounces fresh spinach ravioli
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ravioli in a large pan of boiling water 6-7 minutes, or until just cooked through. Drain well and toss with remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
