Quick Tortellini
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 9 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups tomato sauce, hot
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini in a large pan of boiling water 6-7 minutes, or until just cooked through. Drain well and toss with remaining ingredients.
