Pronto Picante Chicken Tacos
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 11 ounces boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1-1/4 cups prepared salsa
  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1-1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup plus 3 Tbs. sour cream

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken 2 minutes, or until no longer pink. Stir in salsa and reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Fill each taco shell with about 3 tablespoons chicken. Top with lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
