Easy Chicken Wraps
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1/4 lb. cooked rice
  • 1-1/3 cups cooked chicken
  • 3/4 tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2/3 cup shredded lettuce
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Combine rice, chopped chicken, tomato, and ranch dressing. Spoon 1/3 cup mix onto flat tortilla and top with lettuce. Tuck one edge over rice mix and roll up for serving.
