Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange one fish fillet in a large square of foil. Drizzle 2 Tbs. lemon juice and 2 tsp. oil over fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap securely in foil. Repeat with remaining fillets. Bake 10-12 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fish. Break open foil and serve fish with juices.
