Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1 lb. sea scallops, trimmed, rinsed, patted dry
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, slices cut in half
  • toothpick

Season scallops with lemon pepper and salt to taste. Wrap half slice bacon around each one and secure with a toothpick. Turn on broiler. Arrange scallops in a single layer on broiler pan. Broil about 2 minutes per side, or until scallops are opaque throughout. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
