No-Fuss Lunch
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 2 quarts water
  • 4 fresh ears of corn
  • 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 8 frankfurters

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven or large heavy pot. Simmer 15-20 minutes until cabbage is tender. Drain and serve.
