Frankfurters and Orange Sauce

- 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1-1/4 cups orange juice
- 6-1/2 whole cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3-1/4 Tbs. vinegar
- 13 ounces frankfurters
Combine first 6 ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan over medium high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until almost thickened. Add frankfurters and cook 2-3 minutes, until just heated through.
