Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 2:30.
  • 1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
  • 3/4 onion, diced
  • 1-1/4 cups canned stewed tomatoes
  • 3-1/2 Tbs. brown sugar, packed
  • 1-3/4 lbs. country style pork ribs

Preheat oven to 325°F. Layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up, in a Dutch oven or casserole. Cover and bake 2-1/2-3 hours until meat is tender.
