Quick & Easy Chili
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 20 min.
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. dark red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1-3/4 cups canned stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon granules

Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef and onions 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is browned. Discard drippings. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
