Cranberry Orange Relish
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 lb. fresh cranberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. water
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Bring first 3 ingredients and half the water to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat; boil, stirring often, 5 minutes or until cranberries pop. Combine remaining water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth; add to cranberry mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool. One serving is about 1/3 cup.
