Broccoli Tomatoes Sauté
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets
  • 1 cup recipe-ready crushed tomatoes

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Sauté broccoliflorets 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
