Lettuce Salad with Walnuts
Prep: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. garden salad
  • 3 Tbs. chopped walnuts
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons

Combine lettuce and walnuts in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except croutons, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add pepper to taste and shake vigorously. Pour over salad and toss with croutons.
