Peachy Fruit Salad
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1-1/3 cups cantaloupe, scooped into balls
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut in half
- 1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
