Peppered Steak
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1-1/2 lbs. top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste

Turn on broiler. Press coarse pepper into steaks. Season to taste with salt. Place steaks on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat source 4 minutes per side, or until outside is browned and meat is cooked throughout.
