Grilled Cajun Chicken
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 30 min.
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs. Cajun blended spice mix
  • 4 chicken hindquarters, rinsed and patted dry

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine oil and spices in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Arrange chicken on grill 5 inches from heat source. Brush with oil and spice mixture and cook 30-35 minutes, turning and brushing with oil mixture every 10 minutes until cooked through.
