Grilled Swordfish with Oregano
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 4 swordfish steaks, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano, or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika, or to taste

Prepare grill or broiler. Rub swordfish steaks with garlic. Place steaks on hot grill or oiled broiler pan. Sprinkle with half the dill, half the oregano and salt to taste. Grill or broil 4-5 minutes. Turn and brush with lemon juice. Season with remaining dill and oregano. Add salt to taste. Grill or broil another 4-5 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. Sprinkle steaks with paprika.
