Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk

Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When hot, melt butter and add beaten eggs. Cook 4-5 minutes, or until eggs reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
