Brussels Sprouts
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 tsp. unsalted butter

Place Brussels sprouts in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8-10 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender. Drain, add butter and salt and pepper to taste and toss.
