Linguine with Garlic and Oil
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 3/4 lb. linguine
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain thoroughly. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add remaining ingredients and pepper to taste and toss.
