Country Style Lima Beans
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.
  • 1-1/4 lbs. frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped

Cook lima beans in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. When butter begins to foam and turn light brown, add lima beans, remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until mixture is heated throughout.
