Ginger Chicken Sauté
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbs. peanut oil

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and add next 4 ingredients. Turn to coat well. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and sauté 2-3 minutes per side, turning frequently until lightly browned.

Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in marinade, cover pan and cook about 6 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, until just cooked throughout.
