Broccoli Zucchini Salad

- 3/4 lb. broccoli florets
- 3/4 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1/3 cup fat-free honey dijon dressing, or other dressing
Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3 minutes or until bright green. Transfer broccoli to a bowl. Stir in zucchini and bell pepper and toss. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss
