Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Prep: 10 min.
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. fat-free mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, or 2 tsp. dried
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Toss and serve.
