Herbed Linguine
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 3/4 lb. linguine
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano, or 1 Tbs. fresh, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste

Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Add remaining ingredients and reserved cooking liquid to linguine. Season with pepper to taste and toss.
