Turkey Breast Fillets
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 4 turkey breast fillets, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 1 onion, cut into small wedges
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in a heavy ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey and onion. Sear turkey 2 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven and roast 15 minutes or until turkey is opaque throughout. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
