Prepare broiler. Combine all ingredients, except halibut, in a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp. spice mixture over each halibut steak. Broil 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Save remaining spice mixture in an airtight container for future use.
