Buttered Lima Beans
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1-1/4 lbs. frozen lima beans, thawed
  • 1 tsp. unsalted butter

Place lima beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain lima beans and transfer to a serving bowl. Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.
