Rum Raisin Cream

- 2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs. rum extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and fluffy. Transfer to individual serving dishes and serve.
