Cajun Turkey Fillets
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
- 4 turkey breast fillets, about 6 ounces each
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 Tbs. paprika
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. sage, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
Rub both sides of turkey fillets with garlic. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Rub seasoning mixture into turkey breasts. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. When butter just begins to turn golden, add turkey. Reduce heat to medium and sauté |
