Lemony Green Beans

- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1-1/2 lbs. green beans, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Toast sesame seeds in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes, shaking pan constantly until seeds are browned and have popped. Add green beans, stock, salt and pepper to taste. Cover skillet and cook 7-8 minutes or until green beans are tender and liquid is evaporated.
Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice before serving.
