Linguine Romano
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 3/4 lb. linguine
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Combine cream, garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Pour cheese sauce over pasta. Add butter and parsley and toss.
