Braised Broccoli
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup water

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli 2-3 minutes until bright green. Add water and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until broccoli is tender and liquid has evaporated.
