Single Guy's Fresh Strawberries with Lime
Prep: 5 min, plus refrigeration time.
- 3 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- 1 Tbs. lime juice
- 2 tsp. lime zest
- 2 Tbs. sugar
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Toss and refrigerate until ready to serve.
