Green Beans with Lemon

- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8-10 minutes or until just tender. Drain, add butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and toss.
