Salmon with Lemon Butter
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 4 salmon steaks, about 6 ounces each

Prepare broiler or grill. Combine all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and chill. Broil salmon 4-5 minutes per side, or until just cooked throughout. Serve salmon with a spoon of lemon butter.
