Grilled Salmon
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 4 salmon steaks, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil 5 minutes. Turn salmon over, arrange lemon slices over salmon and grill or broil another 4-5 minutes, or until just cooked through.
