Grilled Salmon Steaks
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 4 salmon steaks, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange fish on grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil 5 inches from heat source 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish is opaque throughout. Do not over-cook. Serve with lemon wedges.
